We make bad choices, or eat what we shouldn’t be eating.
Yet that craving, and urge prevails!
You feeding the cravings, urges of a pregnant woman! You lose complete control!
Every bite taste soooo good and worth it.. at the time
After you are done, you regain self control.. only to realise what has just happened.. it’s okay tomorrow morning I’m going to exercise and burn it off
Your in the gym/studio on the treadmill, bike, x-trainer etc and your one goal driving you is to burn the deliciousness devoured .. or at least exercise to the point where you ‘feel’ you have anyway..
You leave the studio feeling accomplished ..your good for a couple of days, hours moments.. then you repeat the entire process..
For most this is a cycle we experience our members and people are in..
Break the chain, with new habits, new goals, new beliefs, routine, and circle of influence.
