    Chinese food, Chips, Seasonings, Frozen, dinners, Lunch meats and many snacks.

Look at the quality of food you are having and question it?
Does it have a shelf life longer then you?
Does it have the nutrients your body needs?
In this day and age we consume more calories, with low nutrient, and little activity.
And the result is obesity, depression, health diseases, more $$ spent on medicine etc
