  • Flexible Programs
  • 3, 6 0r 12-month program – Accountability your goal.
  • Unlimited Sessions
  • You may come and do as many sessions as you please. We will ensure the sessions you chose will help with your long-term health goals and teach the technique and posture needed to reach your target.
  • Health Challenges
  • We have 2-week Health Challenges per year. We will have Fitness testing and body composition scans available.
  • Our sessions are specific to each member and their individual goal and in building a community of like minded people ensuring ongoing support.

Fast Track Pack (FTP)

  • 2 Personalised Training sessions per week.
  • 6 or 12 Month program.
  • We want to ensure you have the time needed to achieve your Health targets.
  • Personalised Nutrition – Full weekly meal plan
  • We will program your nutrition according to your body type, activity level and most importantly what you are able to achieve within your block. This program will link into your Strength training program.
  • Structured/Scientific Strength training programming
  • We will calculate your strength training program according to your specific goals. Pre-programming each block of training to ensure your will gain the results you are looking for.
  • Health Coach
  • Our Health coaches will deliver a session where attention to detail is the focus. Through safety, technique and posture of each exercise and direction with each program you are given.
  • Long term training programming – Education
  • We will help you understand technique and posture through each exercise and teach you how to program your own session once your goal has been achieved along with your nutrition.
  • Group Training Access – Unlimited
  • Studio use.
  • You will be using the studio to complete extra sessions to ensure you are progressing effectively in your program.

Life Changing Program (LCP)

  • Our members find doing 3 sessions per week help them maintain their results long term and gives a lot more accountability to achieve their success.
